District Manager

Our District Managers are performers, doers and born leaders. Often they are responsible for a large number of stores even in their early years, and lead their teams to reach their goals. They travel a lot in their district and love how no two days in this job are the same. They are surrounded by different teams every day and regularly surpass themselves in this dynamic environment. They are an optimizer, motivator, questioner and challenger in one. A District Manager makes lots of decisions - always with an eye on the goal of getting the very best for our partners, customers and employees.

Responsibility, dynamism and independence appeal to you? Find out more about your tasks:

  • As a District Manager, you’re responsible for the figures in your district. KPI analysis, cost management and the further development of this are your daily business. You also develop plans for the continuous improvement of financial targets for sales, cost controlling and damage prevention in your district.
  • Managing and optimizing our Points of Sale includes designing the sales floor and the product range, profitability controlling and visual merchandising (VM). You make sure that all standards are met, guarantee the quality of the merchandise displays, analyze the effect of VM measures for every POS and ensure ongoing VM communication. In addition, you make sure that the stocks in every POS are always correct by applying, using and monitoring the processes, systems and tools introduced by beeline.
  • You are a confident manager and maximize team performance through consistent and effective coaching, training and feedback. In addition, you manage the beeline performance management processes in your whole district. Recruiting Mobile Merchandisers in line with your medium-term HR plan is also in your area of responsibility. This includes hiring, training and, of course, disciplinary management.
  • For our sales partners, you are the go-to person for all operational matters and to resolve problems. You maintain regular contact with them and their Store Managers, as well as with other District Managers.
