You are very conscious of how you foster your corporate culture. To what extent has it contributed to your success?
We have values which we truly bring to life. In this respect, fairness and cooperation, for example, don't just apply to how we interact with each other. They also influence our cooperation with business partners.
In business relationships characterised by fairness and cooperation on both sides, both parties benefit from success. Only with this foundation can you remain successful over the long term.
This means, for example, that we take responsibility for the working conditions of our suppliers. We ensure these conditions meet our expectations by examining them personally on-site.
"Openness and Transparency" is also a pair of values we maintain in our business relationships: We provide our partners with all necessary information. This makes processes transparent and reinforces mutual trust.
How does management contribute to this culture?
The General Management makes responsible decisions and makes these transparent for employees and partners.
