Working with people who are as diverse as the countries in which we're active

beeline is currently active in 23 countries. Even though we all pull together and implement decisions as a team, each country has its special characteristics. We don't just regard the cultural differences as a challenge but rather also as an opportunity to learn a lot from each other. This, of course, requires a great deal of curiosity and continuous communication. Thinking outside of the box is therefore expressly permitted and desired!

Our employees have the opportunity for further development within beeline - nationally and internationally. Anyone who meets the requirements, e.g. good knowledge of languages, always has the opportunity to apply for new tasks abroad.
