You are very conscious of how you foster your corporate culture. How has it contributed to your success?
We have values which we truly bring to life. Fairness and cooperation, for instance, don't just apply to how we interact with each other. They also influence our cooperation with business partners.
In business relationships characterized by mutual fairness and cooperation, success benefits both parties. You have to build on this foundation if you want to remain successful over the long term.

This means that we take responsibility for the working conditions of our suppliers, for instance. We make sure these conditions meet our expectations by examining them personally on-site.

"Openness and Transparency" is another pair of values we maintain in our business relationships: We provide our partners with all the information they need. This makes processes transparent and reinforces mutual trust.

How does management contribute to this culture?
The General Management makes responsible decisions and makes these transparent for employees and partners.
